The feature of MC145157-2 are as follows: (1)operating temperature range: -40 to 85; (2)low power consumption through use of CMOS technology; (3)3.0 to 9.0 V supply range; (4)fV and fR outputs; (5)lock detect signal; (6)compatible with the serial peripheral interface (SPI) on CMOS MCUs; (7)"linearized"digital phase detector; (8)single-ended (three-state) or double-ended phase detector outputs; (9)chip complexity: 6504 FETs or 1626 equivalent gates.

The absolute maximum ratings of the MC145157-2 are: (1)DC supply voltage: 0.5 to + 10.0 V; (2)input or output voltage (DC or Transient) except SW1, SW2: -0.5 to VDD + 0.5 V; (3)output voltage (DC or transient), SW1, SW2 (Rpull-p = 4.7 kW): -0.5 to + 15 V; (4)input or output current (DC or transient), per Pin: ±10 mA; (5)supply current, VDD or VSS Pins: ±30 mA; (6)power dissipation, per package: 500 mW; (7)storage temperature: -65 to + 150 ; (8)lead temperature, 1 mm from Case for 10 seconds: 260 .
