MC14093BD has six features. (1)Supply voltage range=3.0Vdc to 18Vdc. (2)Capable of driving two low-power TTL loads or one low-power schottky TTL load over the rated temperature range. (3)Triple diode protection on all inputs. (4)Pin-for-pin compatible with CD4093. (5)Can be used to replace MC14011B. (6)Independent schmitt-trigger at each input. Those are all the main features.
