MC14007UBCL has five features. (1)Diode protection on all inputs. (2)Supply voltage range=3.0Vdc to 18Vdc. (3)Capable of driving two low-power TTL loads or one low-power schottky TTL load over the rated temperature range. (4)Pin-for-pin replacement for CD4007A or CD4007UB. (5)This device has 2 outputs without ESD Protection. Antistatic precautions must be taken. Those are all the main features.
