Freescale Semiconductor's MC13890 is a feature-rich power management and audio integrated circuit (IC). It integrates traditional power management features, such as linear and switching regulators with battery charging and a complete audio path for functional convergence in a single IC. The MC13890 also includes real-time clock (RTC) timekeeping as well as interfaces for communication, digital audio, lighting and data conversion for adaptation to a variety of product applications.
