MC10131

The MC10131 is a dual masterslave type D flipflop. Asynchronous Set (S)and Reset (R) override Clock (^C C ) and Clock Enable (C_E) inputs. Each flipflopC Emay be clocked separately by holding the common clock in the low state andusing the enable inputs for the clocking function. If the common clock is to beused to clock the flipflop, the Clock Enable inputs of MC10131 must be in the lowstate. In this case, the enable inputs perform the function of controlling the commonclock.

The output states of the flipflop change MC10131 on the positive transition of theclock. A change in theinformation present at the data (D) input will not affect theoutput information at any other time due to master slave construction.v
