The MC100LVELT23D is designed as a dual differential LVPECL/LVDS to LVTTL translator. Because LVPECL (Positive ECL) or LVDS levels are used only +3.3 V and ground are required. The small outline 8-lead package and the dual gate design of the LVELT23 makes MC100LVELT23D ideal for applications which require the translation of a clock and a data signal.
MC100LVELT23D has eight features. (1)2.0ns typical propagation delay. (2)Maximum frequency is larger than 180MHz. (3)Differential LVPECL inputs. (4)PECL mode operating range: Vcc=3.0V to 3.8V with GND=0V. (5)24mA LVTTL outputs. (6)Flow through pinouts. (7)Internal pulldown and pullup resistors. (8)Pb-free package is available.
