MC100LVEL01

The MC100LVEL01 is designed as a 4-input OR/NOR gate. The device is functionally equivalent to the EL01 device and works from a -3.3V supply. With AC performance similar to the EL01 device, the LVEL01 is ideal for low voltage applications which require the ultimate in AC performance.

MC100LVEL01 has five features. (1)370ps propagation delay. (2)High bandwidth output transitions. (3)Specified for -3.3V (or 3.3V) supply voltage. (4)75kW internal input pulldown resistors. (5)Larger than 2000V ESD protection. Those are all the main features.

Some DC electrical characteristics of MC100LVEL01 are concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its power supply current would be typ 15mA and max 20mA. (2)Its power supply voltage would be min -3.0V and typ -3.3V and max -3.8V. (3)Its input high current would be max 150uA. Those are all the main DC electrical characteristics.
