The MBRA210LT3D is designed as one kins of surface mount schottky power rectifiers with SMA power surface mount package. It features epitaxial construction with oxide passivation and metal overlay contact. Ideally suited for low voltage, high frequency switching power supplies; free wheeling diodes and polarity protection diodes. Typical applications are AC/DC and DC/DC converters, reverse battery protection, and "oring" of multiple supply voltages and any other application where performance and size are critical.
MBRA210LT3D has six features. (1)Ultra low Vf. (2)1st in the market place with a 10 Vr schottky rectifier. (3)Compact package with J-bend leads ideal for automated handling. (4)Highly stable oxide passivated junction. (5)Guardring for over-voltage protection. (6)Optimized for low forward voltage. Those are all the main features.
