MB98A90611

The MB98A90611 is designed as the static random access memory (SRAM) card that is housed in a credit-card sized 68-pin package. Internal circuitry is protected by two metal panels, one at the top and the bottom of the card, that help to reduce chip damage from electrostatic discharge. When the SRAM card is not powered by its system, an on-board, replaceable lithium battery (coin-type) is used to retain data. When the lithium battery must be replaced, rechargeable battery that are built into the SRAM card, maintain data.
