MAX828C/D

The MAX828C/D is one member of the MAX828 family which is designed as the switched-capacitor voltage inverters that can be used in (1)small LCD panels; (2)cell phones; (3)medical instruments; (4)handy-terminals, PDAs; (5)battery-operated equipment. And this device operates at 12kHz, and the MAX829 operates at 35kHz. Their high efficiency (greater than 90% over most of the load-current range) and low operating current (60A for the MAX828) make these MAX828C/D ideal for both battery-powered and boardlevel voltage-conversion applications.
