Description

The MAX809JTR is one member of the MAX809 family which is designed as the very low supply current 3-pin microprocessor reset monitor that can be used in (1)computers; (2)embedded systems; (3)battery powered equipment; (4)critical mp power supply monitoring. Also this device is optimized to reject fast transient glitches on the VCC line. Low supply current of 1.0 mA (VCC = 3.2 V) makes these devices suitable for battery powered applications.

Features of the MAX809JTR are:(1)precision VCC monitor for 2.5 V, 3.0 V, 3.3 V, and 5.0 V supplies; (2)precision monitoring voltages from 1.6 V to 4.9 V available in 100 mV steps; (3)140 msec guaranteed minimum RESET output duration; (4)RESET output guaranteed to Vcc = 1.0 V; (5)low supply current; (6)Vcc transient immunity; (7)small SOT-23 package; (8)no external components; (9)wide operating temperature: -40 to 105.
