MAX650ACPD has six features. (1)+5V at 250mA from a -48V source. (2)Selectable soft-start function. (3)Shutdown pin for output on-off control. (4)Internal 20V, 250mA switching PNP transistor. (5)Low component count. (6)Low battery voltage detector. Those are all the main features.
