Description

The MAX4684 is designed as one kind of low-voltage,low on-resistance (RON),dual single-pole/double throw (SPDT) analog switches operate from a single +1.8V to +5.5V supply.It features a 0.8 max onresistance for both NO and NC switches at a +2.7V supply.

Features of the MAX4684 are:(1)12-bump,0.5mm-pitch UCSP;(2)2ns (max) differential skew;(3)USB 1.1 signal switching compliant;(4)low 15pF on-channel capacitance;(5)single-supply operation from +1.8V to +5.5V;(6)rail-to-rail® signal handling;(7)high off-isolation:-55dB (10MHz);(8)low crosstalk:-80dB (10MHz);(9)low distortion:0.03%;(10)+1.8V CMOS-logic compatible;(11)<0.5nA leakage current at +25°C.Also it can be used in USB 1.1 signal switching circuits,battery-operated equipment,audio/video-signal routing,headphone switching,low-voltage data-acquisition systems,sample-and-hold circuits and cell phones,PDAs.
