Description

The MAX4619ESE+ is a type of high-speed, lowvoltage, CMOS analog ICs configured as three single-pole/double-throw (SPDT)switches (MAX4619). The devices can operate continuously with a +2V to +5.5V single supply. Each switch can deal Rail-to-Rail analog signals. The off-leakage current is only 1nA at TA = +25°C and 10nA at TA = +8 5°C.All digital inputs have 0.8V to 2.4V logic thresholds to ensure TTL/CMOS-logic compatibility when using a
single +5V supply.

Features of the MAX4619ESE+ are:(1)fast switching times is 15ns tON and 10ns tOFF;(2)guaranteed on-resistance is 10W max (+5V Supply) and 20W max (+3V Supply);(3)guaranteed 1  on-resistance match between channels (single +5V supply);(4)guaranteed low off-leakage current is 1nA at +25°C;(5)guaranteed low on-leakage current is 1nA at +25°C;(6)+2V to +5.5V single-supply operation;(7)TTL/CMOS-logic compatible;(8)low crosstalk is less than -96dB.
