DescriptionThe MAX4536CPE is one member of the MAX4536 family which is designed as the quad, low-voltage, SPST analog switches with enable that can be used in (1)battery-operated equipment; (2)low-voltage data acquisition; (3)test equipment; (4)avionics; (5)portable equipment; (6)audio-signal routing; (7)networking. Also this device operates from a +2V to +12V single supply, or from ±2V to ±6V dual supplies.
Features of the MAX4536CPE are:(1)Pin compatible with 74HC4316; (2)+/-2.0V to +/-6V dual supplies; (3)+2.0V to +12V single supply; (4)four separately controlled SPST switches with common enable; (5)100 signal paths with dual +/-5 V supplies and 200 signal paths with single +4.5V supply; (6)rail-to-rail signal handling; (7)tON and tOFF = 100ns and 80ns at +/-4.5V supply; (8)less than 1W power consumption; (9)>2kV ESD protection per method 3015.7; (10)TTL/CMOS-compatible inputs; (11)small packages: PDIP, QSOP, narrow SO.
