Description

The MAX4515CPA is one member of the MAX4515 family which is designed as the single-pole/single-throw (SPST), CMOS, low-voltage, single-supply analog switch that can be used in (1)battery-operated equipment; (2)audio and video signal routing; (3)low-voltage data-acquisition systems; (4)communications circuits; (5)PCMCIA cards; (6)cellular phones; (7)modems applications. Also this device can operates continuously with a single supply between +2V and +12V, and can handle rail-to-rail analog signals.
