Description

The MAX4447ESE is one member of the MAX4447 family which is designed as the 6500V/s, wideband, high-output-current, single-ended-to-differential line drivers with enable that can be used in (1)differential line driver; (2)single-ended-to-differential conversion; (3)high-speed differential transmitter; (4)coaxial to twisted-pair converter; (5)differential pulse amplifier; (6)differential ADC driver; (7)xDSL applications; (8)video and rf signal processing and transmission. Also this device can deliver differential output swings of ±6.2V from ±5V supplies with a 50 load.

Features of the MAX4447ESE are:(1)8ns settling time to 0.1%;(2)ultra-low noise: 23nV/Hz at fIN = 1MHz;(3)low differential gain / phase: 0.01%/0.02°;(4)-78dB SFDR at 100kHz;(5)+2V/V internally fixed gain;(6)130mA output drive current;(7)200MHz 0.1dB gain flatness;(8)6500V/s slew rate.
