MAX3946

The MAX3946 is designed as one kind of 1.0625Gbps to 11.3Gbps, SFP+ laser driver device that can be used in wide range of applications such as (1)4x/8x FC SFP+ optical transceivers; (2)10GFC SFP+ optical transceivers; (3)10GBASE-LR SFP+ optical transceivers; (4)10GBASE-LRM SFP+ optical transceivers; (5)OC192-SR XFP/SFP+ transceivers. Also this device is available in a 4mm x 4mm, 24-pin TQFN package.
