The MAX3890ECB is designed as one kind of +3.3V, 2.5Gbps, SDH/SONET 16:1 serializer with clock synthesis and LVDS inputs that can be used in (1)2.5Gbps SDH/SONET transmission systems; (2)2.5Gbps ATM/SONET access nodes; (3)add/drop multiplexers; (4)digital cross-connects; (5)ATM backplanes. This device belongs to the MAX3890 family that is available in the extended temperature range (-40°C to +85°C) in a 64-pin TQFP exposedpaddle (EP) package.
