The MAX3747B is designed as one kind of 155Mbps to 3.2Gbps, low-power SFP limiting amplifier device that can be used in (1)Gigabit ethernet SFP/SFF optical transceiver modules; (2)1G/2G fibre-channel SFP/SFF optical transceiver modules; (3)multirate OC-3 to OC-48 FEC SFP/SFF optical transceiver modules; (4)10G LX4 transceiver modules applications. And this device is available in a 3mm, 10-pin MAX package ideal for small formfactor receivers.
