The MAX3238ECAI+T is one member of the MAX3238 family which is designed as the 1A supply-current, true +3 V to +5.5 V RS-232 transceiver that can be used in wide range of applications such as (1)notebook, subnotebook, and palmtop computers; (2)battery-powered equipment; (3)hand-held equipment; (4)peripherals; (5)printers. This device requires only 0.1F capacitors in 3.3 V operation, and can operates from input voltages ranging from +3.0 V to +5.5 V.
