DescriptionThe MAX3190EUT-T is designed as one kind of ±15kV ESD-protected, 460kbps, RS-232 transmitters in SOT23-6 that can be used in (1)set-top boxes; (2)telecommunications; (3)diagnostic ports; (4)networking equipment; (5)digital cameras; (6)hand-held equipment. The transmitter output of this device is protected to ±15kV per the Human Body Model, providing protection against harsh environments.
Features of the MAX3190EUT-T are:(1)small 6-pin SOT23 package; (2)ESD-protected RS-232 Output ±15kV per human body model; (3)200A operating supply current; (4)shutdown reduces supply current to 0.4A; (5)RS-232-compliant operation from ±7.5V to ±12V supplies; (6)RS-232-compatible operations from ±6V to ±7.5V supplies; (7)460kbps guaranteed data rate; (8)three-state RS-232 transmitter output; (9)no external components.
