The MAX232ECDR is designed as one kind of dual driver / receiver device that can be used in wide range of applications such as (1)TIA/RS-232-F; (2)Battery-Powered Systems; (3)Terminals; (4)Modems; (5)Computers. And this device converts TTL/CMOS input levels into TIA/RS-232-F levels.
