MAX136

The Maxim Max136 is a monolithic ananlog to digital converter with very high input inpedance.It differs from the maxim ICL7136 in that the MAX136 provides a hold pin,which makes it possible to hold or"freeze" a liquid reading.The MAX136 directly drives a non-multiplexed liquid (LCD) display,requiring no external drive circuitry.

The specifications of the Max136 can be summarized as:(1): supply voltage(V+ to V-) is 15 V; (2): annalog input voltage(either input) is V+ to V-; (3): reference input voltage(either input) is V+ to V-; (4): power dissipation is 800 mW; (5): storage temperature is -65 to +160.
