Description

The MAX1191ETI-T is one member of the MAX1191 family which is designed as the ultra-low-power, dual, 8-bit, 7.5 Msps analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that can be used in (1)ultrasound and medical imaging; (2)IQ baseband sampling; (3)battery-powered portable instruments; (4)low-power video; (5)WLAN, Mobile DSL, WLL receiver. This device features parallel, multiplexed, CMOScompatible tri-state outputs and is available in a 5mm * 5mm, 28-pin thin QFN package, and is specified for the extended industrial (-40°C to +85°C) temperature range.

Features of the MAX1191ETI-T are:(1)ultra-low power 12mW (normal operation: 7.5Msps) 0.3W (shutdown mode); (2)excellent dynamic performance: 48.7dB SNR at fIN = 1.875MHz and 69dBc SFDR at fIN = 1.875MHz; (3)2.7V to 3.6V single analog supply; (4)1.8V to 3.6V TTL/CMOS-compatible digital outputs; (5)fully differential or single-ended analog inputs; (6)internal/external reference option; (7)multiplexed CMOS-compatible tri-state outputs; (8)28-pin thin QFN package; (9)evaluation kit available (order MAX1193EVKIT).
