The MAX1150AIZS is one member of the MAX1150 family which is designed as the parallel flash analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that can be used in (1)digital oscilloscopes; (2)data acquisition; (3)transient-capture applications; (4)radar, EW, ECM; (5)direct RF/IF down conversion. This device operates from a single -5.2V supply, with a nominal power dissipation of 5.5W, and the wide input bandwidth and low capacitance of it eliminates the need for external track/hold amplifiers for most applications.

Features of the MAX1150AIZS are:(1)1:2 demuxed ECL-compatible outputs; (2)wide input bandwidth: 900MHz; (3)low input capacitance: 15pF; (4)metastable errors reduced to 1LSB; (5)single -5.2V supply.
