The MACH215 is a member of AMD's high-performance EE CMOS MACH devicej family. It is designed for use inn asynchronous as well as synchronous applications.

The following is about its absolute maximum ratings of MACH215: (1)storage temperature: -65 to 150 ; (2)ambient temperature with power applied: -55 to 125 ; (3)supply voltage with respect to ground: -0.5 V to 7.0 V; (4)DC input voltage: -0.5 V to VCC+0.5 V; (5)static discharge voltage: 2001 V; (6)latchup current(Ta=-40 to 85 ): 200 mA.

DC characteristics of MACH215 are: (1)output high voltage(IOH=-3.2 mA, VCC=min): 2.4 V min; (2)output low voltage(IOL=24 mA, VCC=min): 0.5 V max; (3)off-state output leakage current(VOUT=5.25 V, VCC=max): 10 A max; (4)output short-circuit current: -30 mA min and -160 mA max; (5)supply current(VCC=5 V, TA=25): 95 mA typ.
