MACH211-7

The MACH211-7 is a member of AMD's EE CMOS performance plus MACH 2 device family.This device has approximately six times the logic macrocell capability of the popluar PAL22V10 without loss of speed.

The absolute maximum ratings of the MACH211-7 can be summarized as:(1): storage temperature is -65 to +150; (2): ambient temperature with power applied  is -55 to +125; (3): supply voltage with respect to ground is -0.5 V to +7.0 V; (4): DC input voltage is -0.5 V to Vcc+0.5 V; (5): DC input voltage is -0.5 V to Vcc+0.5 V; (6): DC output or I/O pin voltage is -0.5 V to Vcc+0.5 V; (7): static discharge voltage is 2001 V.
