The M95128-WBN6TP is one member of the M95128 family which designed as one kind of 256 Kbit and 128Kbit serial SPI bus EEPROM with high speed clock.These electrically erasable programmable memory (EEPROM) devices are accessed by a high speed SPI-compatible bus. The memory array is organized as 32768 x 8 bit, and 16384 x 8 bit.
