The M54/74HCT273 is a high speedCMOS OCTAL D-TYPE FLIPFLOPWITH CLEAR fabricated in silicon gate C2MOS technology. It has the same high speed performance of LSTTL combined with true CMOS low power consumption. Information signals applied to D inputs are transferred to the Qoutputs on the positive-going edge of the clock pulse.
When the M54/74HCT273 CLEAR input is held low, theQoutput are in the low logic level independent of the other inputs. All inputs are equipped with protection circuits against static discharge and transient excess voltage. This integrated circuit M54/74HCT273 has input and output characteristics that are fully compatible with 54/74 LSTTL logic families. M54/74HCT devices are designed to directly interface HSC2MOS systems with TTL and NMOScomponents. M54/74HCT273 are also plug in replacements for LSTTL devices giving a reduction of power consumption. All inputs are equipped with protection circuits against static discharge and transient
excess voltage.
