M5282FP

M5282FP is a semiconductor integrated circuit designed for video camera's input voice fade-in/fade-out volums. This IC contains a voltage input/output type VCA(voltage controlled Amplifier) and an operational amplifier with high-performance in the 10-pin mini-flat DIP. The VCA has the attenuation charactersitics based on the external DC control voltage. This IC is best suitable for the fade-in/fade-out purpose volume used in video cameras or stereo cassettes. It has many unique features: The first one is efficient VCA and OP amp.are provided independently. The second one is voltage input/output type VCA. The third one is voltage gain can be set externally(OP amp.section). The forth one is  wide ATT range which is 0 dB to -82 dB. The fifth one is built-in Vcc/2 bias terminal. The last one is it can operate with low voltage(Vcc is 4.8 V).It can be applied to fade-in/fade-out purpose volume for video camera,general audio equipment, electronic musical instrument.

Maximum attenuation(ATTM) is -77 db min and -82 dB typ when Vc is 0 V , V1 is -10 dBm and f is 1 kHz. maximum input voltage(VIM) is 0.7Vrms min and 0.7 Vrms typ when f is 1 kHz, THD is 0.2% and Vc is 4.8 V. Total harmonic distoration(THD) is 0.06% typ and 0.2% max when f is 1 kHz, Vo is 0.5 Vrms, Vc is 4.8 V. Output noise voltage(VNO) is 19 uVrms typ and 50 uVrms max when Rg is 0 and vc is 4.8 V.
