Features of the M48Z512 are:(1)integrated low power SRAMs, power-fail control circuit and battery; (2)conventional SRAMopeation; unlimited write cycles; (3)5 years data retention in the adsence of power; (4)automatic power-fail chip deselect and write protection; (5)battery internally isolated until power is  applied; (6)pin and function compatible with JEDEC standatd 512k x 8 SRAMs.

The absolute maximum ratings of the M48Z512 can be summarized as:(1): ambient operating temperature(Ta) is 0 to 70; (2): storage temperature (Tstg) iss -40 to 70; (3): temperature unde bias(Tbias) is -10 to 70; (4): lead soldering temperature for 10 seconds(TSLD) is 260; (5): input or output voltages(VI/O) are -0.3 V to 7 V; (6): supply voltage(VCC) is -0.3 v to 7 V.
