The M48T35Y-70PC1 is designed as one kind of 32Kb x 8 non-volatile static RAM and real time clock device that is available in two special packages to provide a highly integrated battery backed-up memory and real time clock solution. This device is in the Read Mode whenever W (Write Enable) is high and E (Chip Enable) is low.
