The M30240 group is a 16-bit microcomputer based on the M16C family core technology. They are ingle-chip USB peripheral microcontrollers based on the Universal Serial Bus (USB) Version 1.1 pecification. They are packaged in an 80-pin, molded plastic QFP. These single-chip microcontrollers perate using sophisticated instructions featuring a high level of instruction efficiency, making them apable of executing instructions at high speed.
