The M27C64 is designed as 64K (8K x 8) CHMOS UV erasable PROM.

It has many features. The first one is it would have fast access times which means 200ns for M27C64-20 and 250ns for M27C64-25 and 350ns for M27C64-35. The second one is it would use the CHMOS II-E technology. The third one is it would have extremely low power consumption which means 25mA maximum active and 140uA maximum standby. The fourth one is it would have two-line control. The fifth one is it would have fast programming which means inteligent programming algorithm and quick-pulse programming algorithm. The sixth one is it would have inteligent identifier mode which means automated programming operations. The seventh one is it would be cpmpatible with M2764A. The eighth one is it would have maximum latch-up immunity. The ninth one is about its military temperature range which would be from -55°C to +125°C. That are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings M27C64 have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its case temperature under bias which would be from -55°C to +125°C. The second one is about its storage temperature range which would be fom -65°C to +150°C. The third one is about its all input or output voltages with respect to ground which would be from +7.0V to -2.0V. The fourth one is about its voltage on pin 24 with respect to ground which would be +13.5V to -2.0V.
