The M27C512-15F1 is designed as a 512 Kbit EPROM offered in the two ranges UV (ultra violet erase) and OTP (one time programmable). It is ideally suited for applications where fast turn-around and pattern experimentation are important requirements and is organized as 65536 by 8 bits.
M27C512-15F1 has seven features. (1) 5V ± 10% supply voltage in read operation. (2) Access time would be 45ns. (3) Low power "cmos" consumption which means active current 30mA and standby current 100A. (4) Programming voltage would be 12.75V ± 0.25V. (5) Programming times of around 6sec. (6) Electronic signature which means manufacturer code: 20h and device code: 3Dh. (7) Its packages would be lead-free versions. That are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings M27C512-15F1 have been concluded into several points as follow. (1) Its ambient operating temperature would be from -40 to 125°C. (2) Its temperature under bias would be from -50 to 125°C. (3) Its storage temperature range would be from -65 to 150°C. (4) Its input or output voltage (except A9) would be from -2 to 7V. (5) Its supply voltage would be from -2 to 7V. (6) Its A9 voltage would be from -2 to 13.5V. (7) Its program supply voltage would be from -2 to 14V. It should be noted that stressing the device outside the ratings listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to the device.
