The M27C4002-12F1 is one member of the M27C4002 family which designed as one kind of 4 Mbit (256Kb x16) UV EPROM and OTP EPROM offered in the two ranges UV (ultra violet erase) and OTP (one time programmable).It has two control functions, both of which must be logically active in order to obtain data at the outputs.Also it is usually used in larger memory arrays, the product features a 2 line control function which accommodates the use of multiple memory connection.
