LTM4601EV

The LTM4601EV is designed as a complete 12A step-down switch mode DC/DC power supply with onboard switching controller, MOSFETs, inductor and all support components. The Module is housed in a small surface mount 15mm*15mm*2.8mm LGA package.

The LTM4601EV has many features. (1)Complete switch mode power supply. (2)Wide input voltage range: 4.5V to 20V. (3)12A DC typical, 14A peak output current. (4)0.6V to 5V output voltage. Some absolute maximum ratings of The LTM4601EV have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its INTVcc, DRVcc, Vout_lcl, Vout (vout<=3.3V with DIFFVout) would be from -0.3V to 6V. (2)Its PLLIN, TRACK/SS, MPGM, MARG0, MARG1, PGOOD, fSET would be from -0.3V to INTVcc+0.3V. (3)Its RUN would be from -0.3V to 5V. (4)Its Vfb, COMP would be from -0.3Vto 2.7V. (5)Its Vin would be from -0.3V to 20V. (6)Its Vosns+, Vosns- would be from -0.3V to INTVcc-1V. (7)Its operating temperature range would be from -40°C to 85°C. (8)Its junction temperature would be 125°C. (9)Its storage temperature range would be from -55°C to 125°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
