The LTC1736IG is one member of the LTC1736 family which is designed as the high efficiency synchronous step-down switching regulator that can be used in (1)notebook and palmtop computers, PDAs; (2)power supply for mobile Pentium II and Pentium III processors; (3)low voltage power supplies. And this device contains an internal P-channel MOSFET switch connected between the EXTVCC and INTVCC pins.
