DescriptionThe LTC1735CS is one member of the LTC1735 family which is designed as the high efficiency synchronous step-down switching regulator that can be used in (1)notebook and palmtop computers, PDAs; (2)cellular telephones and wireless modems; (3)DC power distribution systems. And this device contains an internal P-channel MOSFET switch connected between the EXTVCC and INTVCC pins.
