The LTC1622IS8 is one member of the LTC1622 family which is designed as one kind of low input voltage current mode step-down DC/DC controller that can be used in (1)One or Two Lithium-Ion-Powered Applications; (2)Cellular Telephones; (3)Wireless Modems; (4)RF Communications; (5)Distributed 3.3V, 2.5V or 1.8V Power Systems; (6)Scanners; (7)Battery-Powered Equipment. And this device incorporates an accurate undervoltage feature that shuts the LTC1622 down when the input voltage falls below 2V.
