The LTC1516CS8 is one member of the LTC1516 family which is designed as the micropower, regulated 5V charge pump DC/DC converter that can be used in (1)2-Cell to 5V Conversion; (2)Li-Ion Battery Backup Supplies; (3)Local 3V to 5V Conversion; (4)5V Flash Memory Programmer; (5)Smart Card Readers. And also it is available in an 8-pin SO package in both commercial and industrial temperature grades.
