LT1964ES5-5

The LT1964ES5-5 is designed as one kind of micropower low noise, low dropout negative regulator that can be used in wide range of applicatins such as (1)battery-powered instruments; (2)low noise regulator for noise-sensitive instrumentation; (3)negative complement to LT1761 family of positive LDOs. And this device is capable of supplying 200 mA of output current with a dropout voltage of 340 mV.
