The LT®1720/LT1721 are UltraFastTM dual/quad comparators which are optimized for  single supply operation as the supply voltage range is 2.7V to 6V. The input voltage range extends from 100mV below ground to 1.2V below the supply voltage.Internal hysteresis makes it easy for the LT1720/LT1721 to use even with slow moving input signals. The rail-to-rail outputs directly interface to TTL and CMOS.Or, the symmetric output drive can be harnessed for analog applications or for easy translation to other single supply logic levels.

It has many unique features: The first one is low power is 4mA per comparator.The second one is tiny 3mm x 3mm x 0.8mm DFN Package (LT1720).The third one is optimized for 3V and 5V operation.The forth one is pinout optimized for high speed ease of use.The fifth one is input voltage range extends 100mV below negative rail.The sixth one is TTL/CMOS compatible rail-to-rail outputs,etc.

There are some absolute maximum ratings about LT1720/LT1721.Supply voltage, Vcc to GND is 7 V. Input current is ±10 mA. Output current(continuous) is ±20 mA.Junction temperature is 125.Lead temperature(sodlering,10 sec) is 300.Storage temperature range is -65 to 150.
