DescriptionThe LT1308BCS8 is one member of the LT1308B family which is designed as the high current, micropower single cell, 600kHz DC/DC converter that can be used in (1)GSM/CDMA phones; (2)digital cameras; (3)LCD bias supplies; (4)answer-back pagers; (5)GPS receivers; (6)battery backup supplies; (7)handheld computers. Also it is available in the 8-lead SO and 14-lead TSSOP packages. And this device combines a current mode, fixed frequency PWM architecture with Burst Mode micropower operation to maintain high efficiency at light loads.
