Description

The LT1220CS8 is designed as a high speed operational amplifier with superior DC performance. It features reduced input offset voltage, lower input bias currents and higher DC gain than devices with comparable bandwidth and slew rate. The circuit is a single gain stage that includes proprietary DC gain enhancement circuitry to obtain precision with high speed. The high gain and fast settling time make the circuit an ideal choice for data acquisition systems. The circuit is also capable of driving large capacitive loads which makes it useful in buffer or cable driver applications.

LT1220CS8 has thirteen features. (1)Gain-bandwidth: 45MHz. (2)Unity-gain stable. (3)Slew rate: 250V/us. (4)C-load op amp drives capacitive loads. (5)Maximum input offset voltage: 1mV. (6)Maximum input bias current: 300nA. (7)Maximum input offset current: 300nA. (8)Minimum output swing into 500W: ±12V. (9)Minimum DC gain: 20V/mV, RL=500. (10)Settling time to 0.1%: 75ns, 10V step. (11)Settling time to 0.01%: 95ns, 10V step. (12)Differential gain: 0.1%, Av=2, RL=150. (13)Differential phase: 0.2°, Av=2, RL=150. Those are all the main features.
