The LT1035M is designed as logic controlled regulator which features two positive 5V regulators in the same package. The main regulator offers excellent performance while supplying load currents up to 3A, and the auxiliary regulator provides similar performance while supplying lighter loads of 75mA.
LT1035M has six features. (1)Tow regulator outputs +5V at 3A and +5V at 75mA. (2)2% output voltage tolerance. (3)66dB ripple rejection. (4)0.7% load regulation. (5)TTL and CMOS compatible logix control. (6)100% thermal burn-in on all devices. Those are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings of LT1035M have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its power dissipation continuous would be 24W. (2)ts power dissipation fault conditions would be internally limited. (3)Its input voltage would be 20V. (4)Its enable voltage would be 20V. (5)Its operating junction temperature would be from -55°C to 150°C. (6)Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 150°C. (7)Its lead temperature (soldering 10 sec) would be 300°C.
