The LT1033M is designed as 3A negative adjustable regulator which will deliver up to 3A output current over an output voltage range of 1.2V to 32V. Linear technology has made significant improvements in these regulators compared to previous devices, such as better line and load regulation, and a maximum output voltage error of 1%.
LT1033M has four features. (1)Guaranteed 1% intial voltage tolerance. (2)Guaranteed 0.015%/V line regulation. (3)Guaranteed 0.02%/W thermal regulation. (4)100% burn-in in thermal limit. Those are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings of LT1033M have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its power dissipation would be internally limited. (2)Its input to output voltage differential would be 35V. (3)Its operating junction temperature would be from -55°C to 150°C. (4)Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 150°C. (5)Its lead temperature (soldering 10 sec) would be 300°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
