The LT1020CS is designed as a combination micropower positive regulator and free collector comparator on a single monolithic chip. With only 40uA supply current, it can suppky over 125mA of output current.

LT1020CS has ten features. (1)40uA supply current. (2)125mA output current. (3)2.5V reference voltage. (4)Reference output sources 1mA and sinks 0.5mA. (5)Dual output comparator. (6)Comparator sinks 10mA. (7)Dropout detector. (8)0.2V dropout voltage. (9)Thermal limiting. (10)Electrical shutdown. And so on. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.

Some absolute maximum ratings of LT1020CS have been concluded as follow. (1)Its input voltage would be 36V. (2)Its NPN collector voltage would be 36V. (3)Its PNP collector voltage would be supply-36V. (4)Its output short circuit duration would be indefinite. (5)Its power dissipation would be internally limited. (6)Its operating temperature range would be from 0°C to 100°C. (7)Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 150°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
