LT1016MH

The LT1016MH is one member of the LT1016 series which designed as the precision reference with ultralow drift and noise, extremely good long term stability and almost total immunity to input voltage variations. It can be used in A/D and D/A converters, precision regulators, digital voltmeters, inertial navigation systems, precision scales and portable reference standard. The no resistive divider has been used in it to set output voltage, and therefore exhibits the best long term stability and temperature hysteresis.

Features of the LT1016MH are:(1)pin compatible with most bandgap reference applications, including Ref 01, Ref 02, LM368, MC1400 and MC1404 with greatly improved stability, noise and drift ultralow drift: 5ppm/°C max slope; (2)trimmed output voltage; (3)operates in series or shunt mode; (4)output sinks and sources in series mode; (5)very low noise: <1ppm P-P (0.1Hz to 10Hz); (6)>100dB ripple rejection; (7)minimum input/output differential of 1V; (8)100% noise tested.
